CREW/Sous Chef - 50 mtr MY (MALE)

We are searching for a MALE Sous/Crew Chef - 50 mtr MY Crew Chef in charge of his own galley, provisioning etc and Sous Chef when the Head Chef and owner is aboard. It is imperative that the candidate be very flexible. Spending 5-6months catching up on warranty and work (Nov through to March/April). The summer is normally going to be quite busy with the owner so the Guest Chef will return during these periods and the Crew Chef will go home. It is imperative that the candidate be very flexible with coming back to the boat and this is key. They will be covered by the medical insurance on and off the boat and all flights will also be covered of course. €120/day when onboard and €80/day when on stand by.
