Cooked at A Resort in Jamaica and on a yacht in California and Mexico, Owned and operated a Restaurant In Jaco Beach Costa Rica. Personal chef and catering 20 years. been cooking for over 35 years. I'm now employed as a culinary instructor in Cincinnati, Ohio I have owned boats from 23 ft up to 36 ft on the Ohio River where I grew up. went on several barefoot cruises with family and friends, snorkeled the atlantic pacific gulf of mexico and the sea of cortez.


To be able to join a Yacht crew and become a team and insure the Owners Guest and Crew have the best food and service available. Every meal shal have great memories.
