About Me
After working in the busy corporate world for 20 years in various management positions, my love of diving (certified open water in 199image got the better of me and finally I became an OWSI.  A decision I will never regret! I am now 45 and below is a brief recent history of my working career in and out of the diving industry which you will see leaves me in a very good position to manage or instruct/guide divers.

Throughout my working career I have always been a team player and a strong leader, a hard worker and I am always willing to go that extra mile for the customer to ensure their happiness where possible.  This has been reflected by promotions within companies and in amazing dive reviews on Trip Advisor, emails to my managers and also returning divers following me throughout the world.  I have also been lucky enough to continue certifications for some divers.  One of my most memorable experiences as an Instructor was having 2 divers, an Austrian couple firstly complete 2 discover scuba dives with me, then ask me to certify them as Open Water divers in Koh Phi Phi.  10 months later they returned back to Koh Phi Phi to get their Advanced Open Water and then followed me to Koh Samui late last year, where they paid for me as a private guide for 10 days so I could join them on their 100th dive – unforgettable for me!

I now have approximately 2,500 dives which are made up of fun dives, instructor/course dives and as a dive guide – something I also love to do!  Snorkelling is also something I have a passion for as being able to talk to and educate guests on the surface about our marine life and conservation which is so important.  Being involved in diving has also given me the opportunity to explore underwater photography and videography which is also a new passion.

I am looking for long term employment and if a suitable position is found, I can see myself staying for many years.  Please note: I am currently staying in Perth, Western Australia visiting family but I am available for immediate start.
