Seasonal Sous Chef required for large villa in Morocco – 2 month contract

Looking for a new challenge and some ‘land time’?

We are looking for experienced Sous Chef with the following attributes:
  1. Minimum of 3 years’ yachting/cruise ship experience, previous 5 star hotel experience would also be highly beneficial
  2. Previous experience with Middle Eastern owners/cuisine is preferable
  3. Professional culinary training
  4. Team player
  5. Non smoker and well presented
  6. Excellent written and verbal English skills
Male only due to accommodation arrangements

Salary: 5,000 Euros with accommodation, meals, transportation and medical insurance provided.

Contract dates: July and August 2017
