Sous chef

An experienced 2nd Chef is needed to join a 80M+ Private Yacht on 30th April 2017.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience working as a Chef including 2+ years aboard large yachts. Applicants should have excellent knowledge and culinary skills in: Asisan, Latin, and Southern Home-style cuisine.

The minimum certification needed would be: STCW Basic Training, DSD, ENG1 Medical, Level 2 food and Hygiene and any appropriate visas.

On offer is a US Dollar salary, 60 days leave per year and crew health insurance.
