-Culinary Trained -Classical French trained, strong Asian fusion cuisine -Certificate 111 hospitalty (Chefs apprenticeship) -STCW'95 -Provisioned in remote locations


I have more than Ten years experience in the Hospitality Industry. The last three years I have worked in the Super Yacht industry manly cooking for 12 guests and from 7 to 10 crew. With the ability to provision in the most remote places(NW Passage) and a strong Charter record. I am seeking a perminate position as a Chef on the right motoryacht. While looking for the 'right fit' for a long term position i will also except seasonal and tempary positions.
