A new opportunity exists for a Head Chef to join a 70m+ private motor yacht in April.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience on 60m+ yachts, the ability to produce large volumes of refined food buffet style, formal culinary training and prior experience managing galley teams.
We're looking for someone who does not shy away from team work, is passionate and loves to seek out local produce and keep up with food trends. Should have strong organizational skills, keep on top of budgets, and run an immaculate galley.
Must have: valid passport, ENG1, STCW, PDSD, Food and Hygiene Level 2, Ships Cook Certificate.
This is a long term position, we are looking for someone who can commit. A competitive salary, 2:2 rotation and full medical insurance is on offer.
