Seasonal Sous Chef required for large villa in Morocco – 2 month contract

Looking for a new challenge and some ‘land time’?

We are looking for experienced Sous Chef with the following attributes:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ yachting/cruise ship experience, previous 5 star hotel experience would also be highly beneficial
· Previous experience with Middle Eastern owners/cuisine is preferable
  • * Professional culinary training
  • · Team player
· Fit, non smoker and well presented

· Excellent written and verbal English skills


Salary: 5,000 Euros per month with accommodation, meals, transportation and medical insurance.

Start date: Approx Mid May - beg August 2017
