Location: International
Start Date: start between mid-November and end-December
Package: Salary paid in Euros. 174 days leave per year uncluding 3 return Flights

You must be highly experienced in traditional Japanese cuisines and should have worked in reputed International Japanese Restaurants.
Yachting experience would be a plus

  • Collaborate with Head Chef and other chefs to plan and develop recipes or menus
  • Check the quantity and quality of received products
  • Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and develop recipes or menus
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent English (verbal & written)
  • STCW basic training (preferred)
  • Seafarer medical valid for at least 6 months (preferred)
  • Food & hygiene level 2 or 3
  • Seaman's book (preferred)
  • Yellow Fever vaccination
No visible tattoos/non smoker
