Temporary Head Chef position available for 75m+ private/charter M/Y


​Start: mid - November 2018 till mid-end January. There is a possibility that the position becomes permanent
Location: Mediterranean then heading to USA/Caribbean for the winter
​Package: salary paid in Euros depending on experience. If the position becomes permanent, the leave will be 45 days/year

Experience and attributes required:

​* Professional culinary trained, 2-3 years experience working on 50m+ yachts as Sole/Head Chef including previous experience within a high-end hotels/restaurants
* Strong management skills
* Experience and knowledge of diverse international cuisines
* Strong provisioning skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm and courteous at all times

Qualifications required:
  • Ship’s Cook Certificate (mandatory)
  • STCW With Security awareness and PDSD
  • Seafarer's Medical Certificate (with 6 months' validity)
  • Food and Hygiene Level 2 (mandatory)
  • B1/B2 Visa essential
  • ​Professional appearance/non smoker/no visible tattoos
