Sous Chef position available for Busy Private- Dual Season 70m+ M/Y

​Start: by 1st November 2018

Location: Mediterranean then heading to Caribbean

​Package: salary paid in Euros per month, 4/2 rotation

Experience and attributes required:

​* Professional culinary experience preferably working on 50m+ yachts or ashore experience within a high-end hotels/restaurants
* Strong time management skills
* Experience and knowledge of diverse international cuisines
* Team player and must be able to take instruction well from the Head Chef, and also work with own initiative
* Must assist with the maintenance of high standard of hygiene in galley, mess rooms, pantries and storerooms
* Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm and courteous at all times

Qualifications required:
  • Culinary trained Chef
  • STCW With Security awareness and PDSD
  • Seafarer's Medical Certificate (with 6 months' validity)
  • Food and Hygiene Level 2 (mandatory)
  • Ship’s Cook Certificate (preferred)
  • B1/B2 Visa essential or can obtain immediately
