2nd Chef opportunity on board 100 m+ Private M/Y

Start Date: Mid July 2018
Location: TBA
Package: Salary paid in Euros/ month, 122 days leave per year (4:2), 2 return flights to Homeport per year

Experience and Attributes Required:
*Minimum of 1 year's experience on board 80m+ Yachts, Cruise or River Ships in simlar role
* Exceptional culinary skills, with a vast international repertoire, skillset and technique
* Must be able to follow instruction well and work with initiative
* Excellent attention to detail, hygiene and food safety
* Must be able to work well under pressure and to adapt quickly to change
* Excellent personal presentation and hygiene
* Enthusiastic with a positive attitude

Qualifications Required:

* Certified Culinary Trained Chef Degree/Ship’s Cook Certificate (mandatory)
*STCW (all up-dated)
* Proficiency in Designated Security Duties Certificate (mandatory)
* Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Minimum 6 months' validity)
* Seaman’s Discharge Book (mandatory)
* Crisis and Crowd Management (mandatory)
* Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 (mandatory)
* Vaccination card with Yellow Fever and Hep B Vaccines (mandatory)

Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
Non Smokers only and with no visible tattoos
