Exceptional Italian Head Chef opportunity for 70m Private M/Y

Start Date: July 2018
Location: Middle East
Package: Salary pending experience and paid in local currency per month; 30 days leave, 1 return flight to Homeport per year.

Experience and Attributes Required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience on board 60m+ yachts/cruise/river ships
Exceptional culinary skills, with a vast international repertoire, skillset and technique
Excellent attention to detail, hygiene and food safety
Must be able to work well under pressure and to manage a galley team
Excellent personal presentation and hygiene
Enthusiastic and dynamic with the ability to lead by example

Qualifications Required:
Certified Culinary Trained Chef Degree
Ship’s Cook Certificate
STCW (all updated)
Security Awareness or Designated Security Duties Certificate
Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
Seaman’s Discharge Book
Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2

Male candidates only due to Accommodation purposes - shared cabin on board and shared accommodation ashore.
Non Smoker only and with no visible tattoos
