Fast paced busy London retail store with great rates of pay
As our Online Store continues to grow, so does our need to grow our team to support it. Therefore we are seeking the next customer service guru who loves people, lives and breathes sales & has experience in a customer service support role. Some diving experience (working in or simply enjoying as a sport) is necessary.
We run a busy diving shop in Chiswick that also fulfills the Online orders from the shop therefore the role is quite versatile. You'll be very hands on, customer facing when in the shop - selling our dive gear, offering dive advice, converting sales, then also customer support focused when responding to incoming phone calls, emails, order inquiries deriving from our Online Store. We also have a similar role in our Basingstoke location.
Attention to detail, superior level of customer service & being a team player are essential qualities. You must be computer literate, be comfortable navigating around web platforms, be able to work in a fast paced environment & have the right to work in the UK. Great rates of pay and prospects for correct candidate.
Must be available to work Saturdays.
