Experienced Italian Head Chef position available for busy Private 100m+ M/Y

Italian nationality only

Start Date: 1 September 2018
Itinerary: Middle East
Package: 9,000 Euros/182 days leave - 3;3 rotation/2 x flights

Experience and attributes required:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience on 80m+ yacht/cruise/river ship as Head Chef
* Exceptional culinary knowledge, style and presentation of a broad range of international cuisine and techniques
* Enthusiasm and a positive attiture
* Strong team leadership
* Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and courteous at all times
* Ability to adapt quickly to change arising from the unpredictable nature of the vessel's progam

Qualifications required:

* STCW fully updated
* Seafarer's Medical Certificate (minimum 6 months' validity)
* Seafarer's Discharge Book (mandatory)
* Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (mandatory)
* Ship's Cook Certificate/Chef degree (mandatory)
* Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 (mandatory)
* Vaccination card with Yellow Fever and Hep B vaccines (preferable)

Male only due to cabin arrangements
Non smoker/no visible tattoos
