- Able to live in a remote / isolated island location with limited phone and internet connection

- Not a 9 to 5 mentality

We are looking for someone who is keen to develop both themselves and this beautiful resort and as such we are looking for someone who is prepared to make a long-term commitment of 2 years.

The role requires someone who is organised, capable of organising and encouraging others and who has a passion for diving and providing excellent customer service. In return you are able to dive every day, receive a generous salary package including KITAS, accommodation and all meals in resort plus annual leave and days off that can also be taken in our Manado resort (1 hour by car) or elsewhere (Bali is 2 hours away / Singapore 2.5 hours).

We operate three diving facilities in North Sulawesi: Bangka, Manado and Lembeh - for the right person there are numerous opportunities to develop and grow alongside us.
