Executive Sous Chef

Viking Is looking for a Chef to run the day to day galley operation on board an 80m+ Private Motor Yacht. The candidate will be overseeing meals for a crew of 25+, and helping the owners personal Chef with guest food while they are on board. Ideally candidates will be well versed in provisioning, as well as galley cleaning rotas and will also have a strong grasp of both Indian & Asian cuisine.

On offer is a time for time rotation, medical cover, training allowance, and a Euro salary.
