I am a classically trained executive chef with over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and 14 months experience onboard a 130ft motor vessel with 8 crew and 10 guests. I spent 5 months as head chef aboard a 168ft with 14 crew and up to 12 guests. I have cruised the Bahamas, Florida, New Jersey, South Carolina, Newport and Boston.Before I joined yachting I was the Executive Chef of private Safari Lodges in Africa. I have also spent the past 12 months as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director of a private Country Club in North Carolina
