Ran my own restaurant and in 2008 won a Remy Martin award. Customer service and hospitality skills Staff management skills -kitchen and other areas. Computer literate Accounting and budgeting skills Negotiation skills Provisioning in more remote places - e.g. The Grenadines


I am a talented formally trained chef with a passion for cooking all styles of food. I ran my own award winning restaurant in the UK and now have five season experience in private and charter yachts up to 32m but would like to move to a bigger and busier yacht.
